Mobile navigation redesign for Victoria's Secret U.S.

Overview

Tasked with creating a best-in-class way-finding experience by modernizing Victoria's Secret mobile navigation (U.S. only), I worked directly with the client, their agency partner and a senior UX researcher to analyse user behaviours and competitor patterning. After delving deep into the data, I was able to identify key flaws and opportunities in the current navigation layout. While keeping within the client's strict design guidelines, maintained pixel-perfect structure and used advanced Figma features such as auto layout and prototyping.

After presenting directly to Victoria Secret's VP of Design, gaining trust and buy-in, the new mobile navigation design was developed and launched – resulting in a 1.1% incremental revenue increase ($6mil) for the company.
